Stray cats in your hometown need more than just a handout.  Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the simple, humane way to care for feral cats, by trapping, spay/neutering, and returning them to their territories to be cared for by community volunteers.

CHARITY
As some of you already know, I love cats.  It's very disturbing, to me, that there are a lot of stray cats around, simply because people don't want alot of kittens and can't give them away.  Instead of letting your cat get preggers, they should be spayed.  In the same respect, if you don't want your male cat to carouse, he should be neutered.  This saves on all the unnecessary ferals that wander our neighborhoods.  I donate to a lot of charities, when I can, but the one below is one of my favorites to give to.  I just hate to see stray kittens running around.  If I had a place of my own, I would probably give them ALL homes.  But since I don't, I do the next best thing.  I donate what I can.  If you are interested in saving a life, but can't take in a stray, do as I do and donate to this charity.
Thanks.

This is my cat, Sharlee.  She was a stray.  She is a very curious cat.  When she was 3 months old, I had her declawed & spayed.   She's never been outside since I brought her home.  Even though my husband and I have 16 grandchildren, Sharlee is like one of our very own kids.  There's no way I would leave her to fend for herself ever again.
This page will have other links, as I see fit,  to depict other charities after this campagne is over.  But even after this campagne is over, please consider THIS charity a frequent one for you to donate to.
The graphics for this page belong to Alley Cat Allies.  Only the picture of my cat is mine.
